CCSCT empowers vulnerable families and individuals in greater South Central and West Texas; as well as along the Texas/Mexico Border, to achieve self-sufficiency by eliminating barriers through innovative programs and strong community partnerships. The Community Council of South Central Texas is a private non-profit Community Action Agency that serves 23 counties in South Central Texas.
